Chipotle peppers, orange marmalade and fresh cilantro awaken the taste buds in our zesty shrimp and rice dish. It's all good.

Serves: 6, 1¼ C Each
  • ⅓ C KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1½ lb. Large Shrimp, uncooked, deveined, and peeled
  • ¼ C Orange Marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, canned and chopped
  • ¼ C Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 C Long-Grain White Rice, hot and cooked
  1. HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. ADD marmalade and peppers; cook and stir 3 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Remove from heat.
  3. STIR in cilantro. Serve over rice.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a tossed green salad and your favorite hot steamed vegetable.
