Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients:
- 3 C Macaroni Noodles, cooked
- ½ C Fat-Free Milk
- ¼ C Light Margarine, melted
- 1 ½ C 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
Macaroni and Cheese Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni noodles, milk, and melted margarine. Place noodle mixture into a 11x7x2 in. pan. Sprinkle all of the cheese evenly over the noodles, season with salt and pepper as desired, cover with foil and let bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 15-20 minutes or until evenly warm.

- ½ Large Onion, finely chopped
- ½ Large Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Large Stalks Celery, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Canola Oil
- 5 tbsp. Ketchup, divided
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Medium Egg, lightly beaten
- ¾ C Breadcrumbs
- 1 lb. 90% Lean Ground Beef
In a large non-stick skillet, use medium heat to sauté the onion, bell pepper, and celery in the oil, until tender, then set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place 2 tbsp. ketchup, worcestershire, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix. Stir in the egg, breadcrumbs, and sautéed vegetables. Add the ground meat and mix the meat in well so that all ingredients blend together. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf, spread 3 tablespoons of ketchup on top, and bake in a greased loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350° F. Makes 4-6 servings.
