Classic Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • 10 slices White Bead, cut into cubes
  • ¼ C Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • ¾ C Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 3 C Milk, hot (about 150° F)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F and lightly butter your baking dish.
  2. Mix bread cubes, butter, and cinnamon and spread in dish.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt, then add in milk and pour over bread cubes.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
