Serve warm and with vanilla icecream!
- 10 slices White Bead, cut into cubes
- ¼ C Butter, melted
- 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- ¾ C Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 3 C Milk, hot (about 150° F)
- Preheat oven to 375° F and lightly butter your baking dish.
- Mix bread cubes, butter, and cinnamon and spread in dish.
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt, then add in milk and pour over bread cubes.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
