Martini with a Candy Cane Twist
(225 calories) 1 part Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka, 1 part Peppermint Schnapps, 1 part fat-free sweetened condensed milk, and a candy cane stick for garnish.
Directions:
Shake liquids with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into a martini glass and garnish with candy cane stick.
White Wine Spritzer
(100 calories) ½ cup club soda, 1 cup white wine.
Directions:
Pour wine into glasses, and top off with club soda, and serve. Add enticing garnishes such as fresh cranberries or raspberries to pretty this up.
Vanilla Vodka and Diet Ginger Ale
(70-80 calories) 1 ounce Vanilla-flavored Vodka, 2 ounces diet ginger ale, and lemon for garnish.
Directions:
Fill a cocktail glass with ice, add vodka and diet ginger ale. Mix well, and garnish with lemon.

(169 calories each serving – 4 servings) 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup espresso, ½ cup Kahlua, 4 teaspoons Splenda, 4 cups ice.
Directions:
Put 4 cups ice into a blender, add all other ingredients and blend on puree setting until the drink has a smooth and frothy texture. Divide into four cocktail glasses and serve.
