Ingredients
  • 1lb cubed Beef or Ground Chuck
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 28oz can Whole Tomatoes
  • 2 8oz cans Tomato Sauce
  • ½ C peeled & roasted Green Chilies
  • 4 C cooked Pinto Beans
  • 3 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Red Pepper
Instructions
  1. Brown beef with onion in a small amount of oil.
  2. Drain and add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chilies, beans, and seasonings.
  3. Simmer 1½ hours, or cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
