  • 2 Tbs. Corn Starch
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 6 C Milk
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 1½Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  1. Mix cornstarch and sugar together in a large pot
  2. Add milk and eggs.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
  4. Blend in sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Place in ice cream freezer canister and add whole milk to the fill line.
  6. Freeze, following ice cream freezer instructions.
  7. Fruit or other desired flavorings may be added before filling canister with milk.
