  • 2 C White Rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. Tilapia
  • 1 can (14½ oz.) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • ¼ C KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • ½ C KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. ADD rice to microwaveable casserole dish. Place fish in single layer over rice and top with tomatoes and dressing, then cover.
  2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 10 minutes, then top with cheese.
  3. MICROWAVE uncovered for 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
