Ginger Beet Smoothie
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 fresh beet, washed, scrubbed and chopped in chunks
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ small head of cabbage, (remove core)
- ½ cup fresh kale
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 ½ cups (or more) to reach desired consistency
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until everything is completely smooth and the consistency desired.
