- 1½ large Yellow Onions
- 3 or 4 pods Garlic
- 3 stalks Celery
- 8 oz Velveeta Cheese
- 3 lbs. medium Shrimp
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 small can Tomato Sauce
- 16 oz Spaghetti
- Saute vegetables with ½ stick butter.
- Add Rotel and tomato sauce.
- Cook 30 minutes.
- Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add cheese, melt and add spaghetti.
- Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
