- 1½ Ib. Beef Tips
- 6 small Potatoes
- ½ C chopped Onion
- ⅓ C chopped Bell Pepper
- ⅓ C chopped Celery
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 2 C Rice
- Optional: 1 Sm can Green Beans
- Season meat and place in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
- Allow meat to brown slightly.
- Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
- Simmer and add tomato sauce, potatoes, and green beans (optional).
- Let cook until potatoes are tender.
- Serve over rice.
