Beef Tips in Red Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1½ Ib. Beef Tips
  • 6 small Potatoes
  • ½ C chopped Onion
  • ⅓ C chopped Bell Pepper
  • ⅓ C chopped Celery
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 C Rice
  • Optional: 1 Sm can Green Beans
Instructions
  1. Season meat and place in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
  2. Allow meat to brown slightly.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
  4. Simmer and add tomato sauce, potatoes, and green beans (optional).
  5. Let cook until potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve over rice.
