- 1lb cubed Beef or Ground Chuck
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Vegetable Oil
- 28oz can Whole Tomatoes
- 2 8oz cans Tomato Sauce
- ½ C peeled & roasted Green Chilies
- 4 C cooked Pinto Beans
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Red Pepper
- Brown beef with onion in a small amount of oil.
- Drain and add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chilies, beans, and seasonings.
- Simmer 1½ hours, or cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
